DuneTek Web Services is dedicated to providing customized web applications specifically designed to meet our clients' needs. Each application is designed to meet your needs, budget and timetable.

The process is broken down into the following phases:

Business Analysis - We can perform a business analysis and needs assessment of your organization. During this phase we not only gather application requirement but may make suggestions for business processes adjustments to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. We will document application requirements and major functions. We will also provide budget estimates and timelines.

Application Design - Based on the application requirements we develop a system plan, identify major milestones, schedule deliverables, and define the overall structure of the application. Depending on the complexities of the application we may provide a prototype application in this phase to ensure that all major concepts have been addressed and interpreted accurately.

Application Development - As the development phase progresses, we will meet with you on a regular basis to review the progress, clarify outstanding issues, and to address any concerns.

Quality Assurance - The testing phase consists of thoroughly testing the functions and modules, testing with multiple browsers, testing server compatibility and any other required tests.

Implementation - A project coordinator will work with your staff to move the completed application to a production environment.

Training and Usage - Once the system is in place and operational, our staff will work with yours to train your personnel in the use and maintenance of the system.

Support - In most cases we design and develop applications so that the client will be able to configure and maintain the applications without our assistance. We are always willing to answer questions and help troubleshoot application issues. If you do not have the in-house staff needed to support your custom application, we can provide the service under an additional support agreement. DuneTek Web Services can take any level of support role you desire. We routinely host, operate, and support our systems, and can do the same for your company. If you prefer, we can serve as a help-desk for the application, answering questions from your staff and making modifications as needed.
